Theresa is a Director at Madison Marcus and heads up the Parramatta Law Practice. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW in April 2004 and has been part of the Madison Marcus Group of Companies for over 16 years. She was certified as an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury in 2010 by the Law Society of NSW.
Theresa leads a practice group specialising in the areas of insurance litigation, family law, estates and probate, wills, will disputes, and employment law. She has dedicated her legal career to listening to her clients’ needs and achieving the most cost-effective outcomes while offering a personal and warm service.
She has helped deliver groundbreaking legal representation to individuals and small business owners who often find themselves up against giant insurance companies and other corporations. With a proven track record of exceeding her clients’ expectations each and every time, this is the result of her formula based on processes and systems developed over the course of her career combined with exceptional negotiation skills and litigation strategy.
Theresa’s contribution to the community is demonstrated through her involvement in various associations, charity fundraisers, and as a key mentor to her staff. She was a finalist at the 2014 Women Lawyer of the Year Awards and remains a huge advocate of civil rights and the protection of the underdog.
