The Board of Madison Marcus is delighted to announce the promotion of Michael Mournehis to Associate in our Commercial Litigation team.
Michael has been with the firm since 2017 and in that time has grown substantially to be a well-rounded and well-respected litigator.
Michael has experience in a number of areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution including complex commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, commercial law and employment law.
With a growing interest in the niche area of sports law, Michael has been able to leverage his commercial law experience to assist clients in litigated and non-litigated matters.
Michael has extensive experience acting for clients in all jurisdictions of Australian Courts and frequents the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of NSW, together with other jurisdictions such as the District Court, Local Court and the NCAT.
Speaking on his promotion to Associate, Michael Mournehis said:
