The division has a broad range of expertise and experience in advising corporate entities, from their initial compliance measures to assess the impact of their operations and their supply chains, to mitigate any harmful impacts, to expand positive impacts and to fulfill reporting and compliance obligations regarding the aforementioned.
The team is led by Partner, Eric Boone, who has extensive experience in advising with ESG strategy, compliance, remediation, and legal agreements for corporate entities both in Australia and overseas.

Our experienced team have collectively worked with a variety of publicly listed entities both within Australia and Internationally. The division is deeply immersed in the constantly evolving ESG space and remains up to date across the growing number of standards and guidelines provided by the international community, including the European Union Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, Climate Disclosure Standards Board and the International Sustainability Standards Board.
We offer clients a range of services including advisory work, training in ESG-related issues and preparing governance policies, presentations at the board level, strategy formulation, advising on contractual undertakings and indemnities and liaising with regulators such as the ABF, ASIC and ASX.
