In exciting news for Madison Marcus, our newly-formed polo team competed in their first tournament of the season – The Scone Cup Challenge.
With 15 highly skilled teams competing, we knew the tournament was going to be a tough one. This proved to be the case in the very first match, where our team had to battle hard to gain a tight 5-4 victory.
The win turned out to be the start of something special. Led by Madison Marcus planning practitioner, Joseph Rodi, our team clicked into gear and combined brilliantly over the course of the weekend to continue their winning streak – eventually winning the tournament in convincing fashion! Congratulations to Joseph and the team on such a wonderful achievement in your debut tournament.
I’m also very proud to share that our polo team is supporting the FSHD Global Research Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to finding a treatment and cure for Facioscapulohumeral Dystrophy – a disorder that weakens the muscles around the face, shoulder blades, and upper arms. At Madison Marcus, we are committed to empowering charities and are delighted to be able to raise awareness and funds for such a great cause. Congratulations again to our polo team and all the best for your future tournaments.
